Avicenna Enterprise Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Kameti: Digital Guru mobile application ("Kameti", "the App").

Kameti is designed to help users digitally manage Kameties, committees, member information, payment and receipt records, schedules, and related records without relying on paper documents.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may collect or access, how that information is used, how it may be stored, and the choices available to you.

By using Kameti, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The information collected depends on the features you use and the information you choose to enter into the App.

Your phone number may be used to create and authenticate your account and to help protect access to your Kameti records.

Kameti and Member Information

You may enter information into the App to create and manage your Kameties or committees.

This may include:

• Kameti or committee holder name

• Member names

• Number of committees

• Committee amount

• Monthly or periodic contribution amount

• Start date

• End date

• Number of months

• Paid and unpaid status

• Payment or receipt records

• Notes or other information you choose to enter

• Other information necessary to manage your Kameti records

The information you enter is used to provide the record-management functionality of the App.

Financial and Payment Records

Kameti allows you to maintain records relating to amounts paid or received as part of your Kameties.

These records may include amounts, dates, payment status, and related Kameti information.

Kameti is a record-management application. It does not itself process, hold, or transfer your money unless a specific payment-processing feature is explicitly introduced and disclosed in the App.

You should not enter payment-card numbers, bank passwords, PINs, or other sensitive financial credentials into ordinary Kameti record fields.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and operate Kameti, including to:

• Create and manage your account

• Authenticate your account

• Store your Kameti records

• Display member and committee information

• Calculate Kameti amounts and schedules

• Track paid and unpaid records

• Display monthly records

• Allow you to edit existing Kameti information

• Synchronize your records with supported cloud services

• Provide reminders and notifications when those features are available

• Maintain and improve the App

• Diagnose technical problems and crashes

• Protect the App and user accounts against misuse

We do not use your Kameti records for purposes unrelated to providing the App's functionality unless otherwise disclosed or required by law.

3. Cloud Storage

Kameti uses cloud-based storage to help you keep your records available and reduce the risk of losing information if your device is lost, damaged, or replaced.

Information that you save in Kameti may therefore be transmitted to and stored on servers operated by us or our service providers.

Cloud storage may include your account information, Kameti records, member information, payment/receipt records, and settings associated with your account.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored information, but no online storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Application Permissions

Kameti may request certain permissions depending on the features available in the version of the App you use.

For example, the App may request notification permissions if reminders or push notifications are enabled.

We request permissions only when they are necessary to provide the relevant feature.

Future versions of the App may provide additional notification features, such as reminders about upcoming Kameti payments.

We may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and other Firebase services where applicable, to operate, understand, maintain, and improve the App.

Firebase Analytics may collect information such as:

• App interactions and events

• Device and operating-system information

• General usage information

• Information about how features are used

• Identifiers associated with the App installation or device, where applicable

We use analytics information to understand how the App is used, identify technical problems, improve features, and improve the overall reliability of Kameti.

Firebase services are provided by Google and may process information according to Google's applicable privacy practices.

If the current version of Kameti displays advertisements, we may use Google AdMob to provide and measure those advertisements.

Information stored locally on your device may also remain until you delete the App or remove the relevant data through the available device or App settings.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App in a manner that should not have occurred, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
